Barton School Trick or Treat
As if Trunk or Treat and trick or treating weren't enough, we had a candy parade at school. It was fun to see everyone in their costumes. Especially Mrs. Schmidt, who was a mad scientist with orange hair!
We went trick or treating to different stations around the grass.
We even got to do a couple laps! It was a fun day....especially since it ended with a bag full of candy:)
A Smurfy Halloween
For Halloween this year we were a smurf family! Mom convinced me (and somehow, Dad) to dress up like smurfs. I was jokey smurf (hence the present with the exploding wick coming out), Dad was Papa smurf, Mom was smurfett, and Slimes was baby smurf (I don't think there is a slimy smurf).
This is trunk or treat at the church.

Mom dyed all of our blue stuff and made the hats. I thought we looked pretty smurfy!
We were lucky to get invited to Romi's Aunt Annette's house again to trick or treat. It is so much fun to be with my friends and trick or treat in her neighborhood.

Here is Smurfett and baby smurf. Mom decided that she is better off with brown hair:)
Baby smurf didn't last very long trick or treating. He did have a smurfy nap in his stroller though while we ran the neighborhood.
Romi didn't want to take a picture with me (she was Belle from Beauty and the Beast), so Mom caught what she could. We are checking out our candy stash!
Dylan (dressed as Josephine) and I are showing off our spoils. Devyn was Marie Antoinette, she filled her bucket up early and headed back to the house.
Smurfs have tails, you say? Oh yes they do! These costumes were authentic:) It was a great Halloween season....and I've already started to plan my costume for next year. Get started on that Mummy costume Mom!
Pumpkin Patch
For my first school field trip at Barton House Playschool, we went to a pumpkin patch! It was fun to be there with my class and Mrs. Schmidt....and also my Mom and Big Baby Slimes.
They had a petting zoo there with a mini horse, llamas, and goats. Mom said the animals looked diseased but they seemed fine to me. There was also a hay bale maze we went through a couple times. It was hard for me because I couldn't see over the top, but the bales came up to Mom's waist so she helped me through.
This is me in an old wooden train. Mom tried to get my picture from the window side but there were lots of kids and I couldn't jockey for position. The playground was a little sparse. It consisted of this metal slide, 2 truck tires, and some see saws that we weren't allowed to play on. Needless to say the line for the slide was pretty long. That's my teacher, Mrs. Schmidt, standing on the side.
Here is the patch where we got to pick our OWN pumpkins! It was a hard search to find one that wasn't rotted or busted open. (nice finger Mom)
After our tour of the patch we all sat down to have a snack. I was glad it was a shady spot because it was pretty hot for October!Probably the best part of the day was running around afterward with my friends. It was a good day.
Snuggle Time
The bed was so comfy that slimes drifted right off to sleep next to me....never letting go of his flashlight.
Natural History Museum
It was really cool! They had lots of dinosaur skeletons and a 3D movie about dinosaurs.
Ahhhhhhhhh, SHARK!
Downstairs there was a whole floor of jewels and gems. I think mom was too busy picking out her Christmas present to take any pictures. They were really beautiful.
Museums are so fun!

Slimey Jumper
Big Baby Slimes here. I've got to get my random posts in here so when I get older I don't ask Mom why there are a million pictures of Max and none of me!Mom busted out the jumper a month or so ago and I LOVE it! She says I am a lot crazier in it than my brother was. But I'm crazier in lots of ways:)
Park Days
Since the weather has cooled off, we have been going to the park just about every week. I LOVE it! I take my scooter and ride around all the paths and occasionally take a break for the swings.Happy 4th Birthday
It was so fun! We had all the pizza we could eat and even slurpees! Mom made my cake with my one request....a #4 candle. Then we played limbo and
