My New Favorite Place

Hello there! Don't you guys love my new favorite play place? For months I have been watching mom put clothes in here, shut the door, turn some knobs, and swish the stuff around. I can stand for hours just watching it all toss and turn around, it looked like way too much fun! So the other day the door got left open and I crawled inside. I know what you're thinking, how could a chubster like me fit in such a tiny space? Well once you get past the rubber it is quite spacious inside. I can sit straight up and not hit my head on the top. I can't believe I hadn't discovered this before--I can chew on the rubber, bang on the metal, and the best part: rock back and forth in the barrel. I tried pulling the door all the way shut, but mom didn't think that was the best idea. Who needs the park when I have the washing machine?

Arrrrgggg

Ahoy Mattie's, this is Captain Max here sailing the seas in me Jolly Rocker! Isn't this chair cool? It's been sitting on my dresser as "decoration" for the past year and mom finally decided to get it down for me to play with. It has a steering wheel, a compass, a place in the back for my pirate picture, and a treasure map on the seat. I like the steering wheel the best! For some reason my mom gets all freaked out when I stand up on the seat and try to rock it...she is such a worry wart! I did have an unfortunate incident the other day while I was climbing in and out of the chair--I lost my balance and tumbled out onto the ground. Luckily I was on the carpet and didn't do too much damage. Even Aunt Shalaine thought it was pretty cool when she got in it. I foresee a lot of sailing in my future.

Trick or Treat

Halloween has come and gone, and this year I was an Angel's Baseball fan. Not very scary, but it was better than the Michael Phelps costume my mom wanted me to wear. My mom, Paga, and Uncle Greg also went as Angel Baseball fans--even though Paga kept muttering something about how he couldn't believe the Angel's weren't in the World Series. I got to go to trunk or treat with my cousin Axel and my Hawaii cousins Cozi, Catie, Enna, Bria, and the newest member of the family Luci. Mom wouldn't let me go around collecting candy, but I still had lots of fun running around the parking lot and playing with the carved pumpkins. I can't wait until next year when I can get hopped up on sugar and drive my parents crazy for a week! I hope everyone had a fun and safe Halloween!

Here I am in full Angels gear...including Angel's binki...with my scary carved pumpkin

Cousin Axel went as a Laker's Player, fat lip and all! That kid's tough...just look at the sweat band. Aunt Shalaine and Uncle Cort (making the weird face in the background) were Axel's biggest fans. With Cuz's skills, he should be a Laker's dancer!

Here we are with our Hawaii Cousins. Cozi was a Gypsy (she's holding all 26 lbs of me), Catie was a dark princess (she's got cuz), Enna was Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz, and Bria was the Little Mermaid. Luci is in the car and she was pretty cute for the 5 minutes she tolerated her cow costume!
