May weekend #2: Badminton Tournament at Aunt Jill's house! (well, it's my Mom's cousin, but I call her Aunt Jill...and it was really at her parent's house, but no need to mince words). As soon as we got there I went outside to the most glorious backyard EVER! It was miles of grass with almost every ball/game/activity you could think of! I promptly took my shirt off and only came in the house to pee and eat--for 9 hours.
In this picture is Aunt Shalaine, baby Marie, Aunt Jill, and Kelsey
The adults played round after round of badminton.
Cuz and I tried to get in the action from time to time, but mostly played our own version off to the side.

Here are Jill's brothers. They pretty much won almost every game...but then again, the Badminton court is in their backyard!

Like I said, this backyard had everything. I'm practicing my dunking...I have a little ways to go.

Axel and I are playing skins vs. skins. Still working on that base tan for summer!

Don't you worry, they had a swing set too. I think
Cuz was done with the swing.
My Mom didn't get a picture of one of the best features of the yard--a drinking fountain. It was great for drinking, filling up water guns, and basically soaking ourselves.

We happened upon this awesome wagon.
Cuz is using his big muscles to pull me around the yard.

My Mom's cousin Thad took Me,
Cuz, and some of my other cousins for numerous trips around the yard...and like I said it was a Big yard!

If you can't tell by the smile on my face, I had an awesome time...and yes that is
tether ball you see in the background. By the time we went home I was full of licorice, beat from a day of fun, and nicely bronzed:) Thanks Aunt Jill, for putting together such a fun day!

Max, it looks like you've had a fun May! We are so sad that we couldn't hang out with you on the miles of grass....the cuz's had a lot of stuff that day. I love it when you raise one eyebrow, it is cute. ;-)
The kids can't wait to see you again!!
That was an awesome day. Thank your mom for getting so many great pics of you and cuz together. I don't worry, I won't tell her how many licorice you REALLY ate! ;)
