San Bernardino Museum

Since we were leaving Redlands in a few short weeks, we thought we had better squeeze in a few adventures we have failed to do in the past 6 years. One of these was the San Bernardino County Museum. We passed it a million times on the freeway and finally decided to go inside.
There was an exhibit with a bunch of stuffed animals that you would find in San Bernardino County. Slimes was checking out a big horn sheep.
I can't say that I've ever seen a polar bear or arctic fox in the hills of Redlands, but it was cool to see how big one actually is.
This Colton Fire Wagon was pretty cool....and part of an extremely random exhibit. I think they just threw anything that had to do with San Bernardino in a room. Weird.
This giant ship wheel was also in that room...like I said, weird. The whole top floor of the museum is a bird exhibit. I can't say that it was my favorite. Unfortunately the giant train they had outside wasn't open for us to go in. I'm glad we checked this off our list so we don't have to always wonder whats inside!

I knew Jude and I had a special bond. We're both expert Big Horn Sheep spotters.
