Here is Uncle Jon Van Gough. Clearly he is very talented!
Cousin Corrie took me for a ride on the pulley seat. I think Aunt Lou Ann was the muscle behind this...too bad she isn't pictured, or you would see her rippling biceps!
Cousin Jamie dressed me up like a girl...headband and all. I think I look good in pink--don't you?
The next day (well for 2 days actually) Mom, Aunt Shalaine, and Aunt Lou Ann were cooking our Thanksgiving feast. It all started with a delicious blueberry buckle and hot chocolate for breakfast. That was just to wet our appetites for the feast to come. Mom made Nana's stuffing and orange rolls (I couldn't tell you if they were exactly the same as Nana's because I have never had the original...but they were good to me), Paga took care of the turkey, Aunt Lou Ann made mashed potatoes from scratch, and Aunt Shalaine made the tastiest green bean casserole and carrots. It was a feast to end all feasts! I won't mention that my Thanksgiving ended in tears (clearly I needed a nap) but a little chocolate pie helped to finish me off. I can't wait until next year.

I hope you saved a piece of chocolate pie for me Max! We missesd spending Thanksgiving with you and the rest of the gang.
Yes Max....she does have some nice rippling muscles...
Although Aunt Shalaine totally killed me in a push up contest....gotta work on that rematch for December, tell your mom to get in on the action!
And don't feel bad Max, we ALL nap after Thanksgiving dinner!
Good times.
Amen to Nana's orange rolls!! It took my family a couple dozen to get them right/close to right...My biggest stomach ache was not on Thanksgiving- but the Saturday we got them right. And i'd do it all over again in a heartbeat.
