German Christmas

Like I said, the Christmas festivities keep coming! We celebrated Nikolaus (major spelling) this past weekend, which my mom calls German Christmas. You put your shoes out the night before and German Santa comes and fills them with presents. Since my shoes are small I just got a shirt and a toothbrush. I do love my toothbrush. I wore my lederhosen to church and we had rouladen for dinner. The best part was dessert--stollen. Oh do I love stollen! I even had some for breakfast the next morning. Those German kids are lucky!

Love the leiderhousen!!! (yes I'm sure I spelled that wrong)

I am part German, I think maybe I should implement this holiday as well Max...I mean who doesn't like getting chocolate and other fun things in their shoes?!?!

I know Melissa always liked getting things in her shoes! :) (As your mom what that means, Max)

That outfit is seriously the cutest. I want one for Axel! These two boys have a whole collection of gay costumes!
