Last year Paga took me to this awesome place where they make giant candy canes, Logan's Candies. They do a demonstration of how they make candy canes and then give you a warm piece to try. I thought my Redlands friends Romi, RT, and baby Rawson would like to check it out with me.
We got a much better standing place this year so I could really see what they were doing.
The taste test was my favorite part!
We went to eat at El Torrito afterwards. The waiter told me to close my eyes and then put a huge smear of whipped cream on my face! Everyone thought it was pretty funny...until I tried to do it to them. It was a fun night and I loved sharing my candy cane tradition with my friends.
