My Grandma and Grandpa McClellan were in Germany serving a mission for our church for 18 months! They finally came home so we headed up to San Jose to welcome them back.
A bunch of my cousins were there so some of us headed to Santa Cruz for the Day. These are my cousins Jack, Alex, Sydney, and Everett. We stopped by the surf museum at the light house.
Uncle Mark is giving Jude a ride around the point. I don't think he has ever been up that high!

We headed down to the boardwalk to walk around and go on some rides. The whole family took a spin on the carousel.
Dad was in strategic position.
On this carousel you grab metal rings from that arm and try to throw them in the clowns mouth. Dad was helping me grab rings. I didn't make any in the mouth but a few ended up coming home with us:)

Jude was too short for most rides so he and Mom enjoyed an ice cream cone instead.
Dad and I felt left out of the treats, so we got the Texas Doughnut.
It was as big as my head!
We spent lots of time at Grandma and Grandpas hanging out with the cousins. I loved it! The thing I liked the most was playing football with my older cousins.

I had so much fun seeing my Grandma and Grandpa. I'm so glad they are home!
