So I tried playing in the snow and tubing....it was time to take it to another level! I really wanted to snowboard, like my Dad, but they didn't have one small enough. I settled on skiing...even though they didn't let me have poles. I got fitted with some little skis and we headed off to Park City ski resort.

I have to say the boots on these things were SUPER uncomfortable! But I didn't have to walk too much in them once I got onto the snow. Here I am with my fearless ski instructors--Dad and Robert. We started practicing in this little area to see if I could stay up for more than a few feet. Turns out I'm not half bad! I didn't even need to have my skis tied together.

So I pointed to the lift and said "I want to go on that ride". My Dad mustered up his courage and took me up the ski lift to ride down the bunny slopes.
Hi Mom!

This may have been the funnest part.

Dad and Robert helped me come down the first run that wasn't too steep. I did really well except they had to keep pushing me (see, I told you I needed poles). Since I did so well we went up the lift and came down the steeper bunny slope. It was a little more challenging because I would get going so fast and I don't fully know how to turn yet.
The ski adventure ended when I ate it at the bottom of the hill...skis popping off and all!

I had an awesome time and I keep asking when we are going up to Big Bear to give it another go. Much to Moms dismay, I think I'm turning into a snow lover.
