Last year, on my birthday my mom started the blogging tradition of taking a look back on the year. It's kinda fun to see how much I've grown over the year! So here are some of the best shots of the year. We took this one earlier today when I opened my first present. It was an awesome tractor from my Grandma and Grandpa. Not to mention the fun
Styrofoam peanuts it was packed in. Have fun cleaning those up Mom!

August "09: I know all you can see are my legs flying up in the air...but this was my first
water slide! It was at family camp in Aspen Grove. I don't know how soon I'll be doing it again, but I thought it should be documented.

July '09: Just one of my favorite beach pictures. I can't get enough of the beach!!

June '09: I had to put two pictures in here because it was my first airplane ride...

...and my first trip to Hawaii. I can't believe I'm only 2 and have been to Hawaii. I am LUCKY!

May '09: My first trip to the Aquarium in La
Jolla. Just the
beginning of my love
affair with sea animals. And if you notice, I got ride of my scraggly baby hair. I'm sporting the buzz cut from hear on out.

April '09: My first trip to Utah...and my future University.
BYU COUGARS!!!

March '09: Just the beginning of my swimming career. Yes the
speedo will get bigger and there will be gold medals hanging around my neck...but this is foreshadowing:)

February '09: My first at home haircut. I know, I know, there isn't much to cut. Just a trim around the ears. The buzz cut came later. Nice job dad, very professional.

January '09:
Hahahaha. What more can you say? I also had to say good bye to my Uncle Ricky. I still miss you Rick and your super speedy wheelchair.

December '08: Can't get much more jolly than Disneyland at Christmas. Even though I had peed all over my pants and had to be carried around in a blanket. I enjoyed lots of fun Disney trips while my cousins were visiting from Hawaii and got to stay in the hotels there.

November '08: I got to eat my first Thanksgiving dinner! Of course the year before I was on a strict diet of breast milk. My first experience with the famous orange rolls...a kid never forgets that!

October '08: I had to say good-bye to my Nana, a very hard time for everyone. But Halloween came just the same and I started really walking! I can't imagine doing that crazy crawl I used to do.

September '08: Happy Birthday to Me! A start of a tradition, spending my birthday at Disneyland. Notice I don't have my front teeth yet...just the side fangs and two bottom ones! I look forward to another fun and exciting year on my way to 3!

Happy Birthday Max! I can't believe how much you've changed in one year! Your mom must have had fun (and maybe been a little sad) to look back at all those pictures. You guys grow up too fast!
